Promise Keepers breakfast
Promise Keepers of Centenary U.M. Church, Poplar and Market streets, will hold an all-you-can-eat breakfast, Saturday, Jan. 3, from 6:30-10:30 a.m. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 6-12 (children under 6 are free). Breakfast includes eggs, pancakes, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, and coffee. Proceeds benefit the college scholarship fund.

Body and Soul Aerobics
The Atlanta Road Alliance Church of Seaford will once again offer Body and Soul Aerobics and strength training classes this winter. Ladies of all ages are welcome to come and benefit through improved physical fitness as well as through fellowship. The eight-week session begins on Monday, Jan. 5, at 7 p.m. The one-hour classes will be every Monday and Thursday evening. Cost for the session is $44. Gospel Concert Sunday
St. George’s Methodist Church, Laurel, will hold a Gospel Concert on Sunday, Jan. 4, at 7 p.m. The guests will be The King’s Ambassadors. There will be a covered dish supper at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited. For details call 875-7656.
Pastor Dawn Abbott
On Sunday, Jan. 18, Dawn Abbott and her congregation from the International House of Worship, Easton, Md., will be at the United Church of the Nazarene, 4718 Jackson St., Hurlock, Md., with Pastor Ebenzer Williamson, sponsor, Sister Paris Twymarl. Also on Saturday, Jan. 24, Pastor Ballard and congregation from Fellowship Tabernacle Worship Center Inc., Delmar, Md. will be at the United Church of the Nazarene at 7 p.m.

Pastor Ron Scott Jr. will be teaching and preaching about a more abundant life in 2004.
