Fashion show set for Feb. 20
Christ the Cornerstone Community Church will present its second annual Rag Bag/Fashion Show Sunday, Feb. 20, at 2 p.m., at the church Alt. 13 and Bethel Road, Laurel. Refreshments will be served.
Tickets are $5 in advance, $6 at the door.

Wesley to hold hymn sing
Wesley United Methodist Church, 3 miles northwest of Seaford on Atlanta Road, will hold a hymn sing Sunday, Jan. 30, at 6:30 p.m., featuring "The Lights of Home" from Laurel. Refreshments will follow. For information call 337-7508.

Conference set for March
Jericho Fellowship International will hold its East Coast Women's Conference March 23-25 in Ocean City, Md. Helen Lucia Moore will be speaking on March 24. For more information about registration call the Jericho office at 629-5654.
School reps to visit church
The Laurel-Mt. Pleasant Charge is expecting company on Jan. 23. King's Church will welcome HOST mentors from the Laurel School District, St. George's Church will greet Head Start staff and Mt. Pleasant Church will host the Laurel girl's basketball team, the Lady Bulldogs.
The guests will be recognized by the churches, which are emphasizing the need for personal ministry, as people who exemplify team building and a spirit of giving one's best.

Church to host guest speaker
Mt. Calvary AME Church, Concord, will host "An Evening with the Evangelists" Saturday, Jan. 22, at 6 p.m.
The church will also hold a revival Saturday, Jan. 29 at 7 p.m. The speaker will be the Rev. Diane Alexander of Emanuel Full Gospel Ministry, Seaford. For more information, call Fannie Perry at 629-8241.
