Lions Basket Bingo
Seaford Lions Club Longaberger Basket Bingo, Thursday, Jan. 22, 7 p.m., at the Seaford Moose Lodge, located on Route 13A in Seaford. The evening will consist of 20 games and will feature the 2003 Sweetheart set, bowl basket, canister sets, and several other regular line baskets as prizes. Advance tickets are $20 per person, $25 at the door. Advance ticket includes a chance to win the Hostess Large Hamper and the Wrought Iron Bowl Stand or one of eight door prizes. Tai Chi Classes at Sr. Center
A Tai Chi presentation, at no charge, will be conducted by Dr. Bob McBrien on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 10 a.m. at the Nanticoke Senior Center. A beginners (11 a.m.) and Intermediate (10 a.m.) class will be offered beginning, Tuesday, Feb. 10 and will run for six weeks, cost $40 for members and $50 for non-members. Acorn Club meeting
The General Federation of Women’s Clubs, Acorn Club of Seaford will meet Jan. 22, at Western Sussex Boys and Girls Club, 6 p.m. Hostess for the evening is Joyce Schaefer.
Republican Women meeting
Seaford Republican Women’s Club meeting, Thursday, Jan. 22, at 11:30 a.m., at Seaford Golf & Country Club. The speaker will be Deborah Bailey, nurse practitioner at the office of Dr. Marie Wolfgang. Board members should report at 10:30 a.m.

Parks and Rec Conference
The 25th annual Delaware Recreation and Park Society (DRPS) state conference will be held March 3, and 4, at the Embassy Suites in Newark. Featured presenters include: “Remember the Titans,” coach Bill Yoast. For additional information, call 302-227-2800.
