No Seaford or Blades election - The municipal elections have been canceled in Seaford and Blades. Seaford Councilman Ed Butler, who has served for 15 years, will serve another three-year term, since he was the only candidate to file for election. Mayor B.J. Hardin, Vice Mayor Russell Joseph and Councilman Joseph McCabe are the only ones to file in Blades, cancelling the need for an election.
