Bingo for Relay for Life
Basket Bingo, Sunday, March 21, doors open 12:30 p.m., games start 1:30 p.m., at Federalsburg, VFW, on Veterans Drive, to benefit the American Cancer Society Western Sussex Relay for Life 2004, sponsoring Trinity Transport, Inc., Relay for Life Team. Ag Museum Auction
Auction, flea market, and bake sale to benefit the Delaware Agricultural Museum & Village will be Saturday, March 27, 8:30 a.m., with sports memorabilia, furniture, dinners for two, NASCAR tickets, tools, linens, antiques etc. Refreshments available.

Driver Safety Program
An AARP Driver Safety Course for people 50 and over will be given from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 5 and 6 at the Methodist Manor House, 1001 Middleford Road, Seaford. The two-day program, sponsored by the American Association for Retired Persons, stresses how older drivers may operate vehicles safely. Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certificate entitling them to a reduction in their auto insurance. A 15 percent reduction is given to anyone repeating the program within three years. For information and registration, call 629-8081. The cost is $10 per person.

Sunday Breakfast Buffet
Sunday Breakfast Buffet will be served by the Galestown Ruritan Club on March 28, from 7-10 a.m. at the Galestown (Md.) Community Hall. Cost is $6 for adults, $4 children ages 6-12.

Church Plans Buffet
A fried chicken buffet, will be held at Bethany Church, Lowes Crossroads near Millsboro, on Saturday, March 20, from 2-6 p.m. Cost is adults and carryouts, $9, children $4.

Chicken and Dumpling Dinner
Woodland United Methodist Church women chicken and dumpling dinner, Saturday, March 20, 6 p.m. Doors open 5:30 p.m. Price is adults, $7; children 6-12, $3.50; five and under free. No carry outs.

Mustang Cruise-In
The Lower Delaware Mustang Club’s cruise-ins are back at the Wal-Mart in Seaford. Cruise-ins are held the first Saturday of every month from April through October, from 5-8 p.m. The first cruise in on April 10 will be a canned food drive and the first 100 cars will receive a dash plaque.

Laurel Alumni Banquet
The 14th Annual Banquet of the Laurel Alumni Association, Saturday, May 15, at the Laurel Fire Hall, Social hour from 5-6:15 p.m., dinner at 6:30 p.m. Classes to be honored: 1934, 1944, 1954, 1964, 1974, 1979, and 1984. Bridgeville Lions Show
The Bridgeville Lions Club 51st annual variety show, “Hawaiian Luau,” will be on Friday and Saturday, April 2 and 3, at Woodbridge Middle/Senior High School Auditorium, Laws Street, Bridgeville, 8 p.m. Tickets are $5 and are available from any Bridgeville Lions Club member or at the door.

Quilt Show and Luncheon
Quilt show and luncheon, Saturday, March 27, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church in Laurel, admission is $10. Food includes: homemade chicken salad, muffins, and desserts. Bed quilts, antique quilts and wall hangings will be on display, 875-2729.

Basket Bingo on April 8
The Tidewater and Small Wonders Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals will have a Basket Bingo, Thursday, April 8, at 7 p.m. at the Seaford Moose, U.S. 13A in Seaford. There will be 20 games and will feature several basket combinations including the 2004 Easter Set. Advance tickets are $20 per person, $25 at the door. Advance ticket includes a chance to win a special door prize. Refreshments will be available. Vendors For 55 Expo
Vendors are needed for the third annual 55 Plus Expo, on Thursday, May 20, 9-5 p.m., at Dover Downs Hotel. Last year we had almost 70 vendors. Advanced animal tracking - Saturday March 20, 1 a.m.

This class is designed for those who are looking for a more advanced form of animal tracking. Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet or muddy.

Baltimore’s Inner Harbor
The Seaford Department of Parks and Recreation bus trip to the Baltimore Inner Harbor on Saturday, May 1, cost $13 per person. Visit the aquarium, browse the shops. Depart from the back parking lot of the high school at 8:30 a.m. and leave Baltimore at 4 p.m. to return to Seaford. Deadline to register is Friday, April 16, by 5 p.m. Call 629-6809.

The Hamptons - Long Island
Seaford AARP is sponsoring a three-day trip to the Hamptons, Long Island, N.Y., April 26-28, including a “Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous” tour. The National Zoo
The Seaford Department of Parks and Recreation trip to National Zoo, Washington, D.C., planned for June 12, cost $14 per person. Pack a lunch or eat in one of the park’s many cafes. Depart from the back high school parking lot at 8 a.m. and leave the zoo at 4 p.m. to return to Seaford. The deadline to sign up is May 28. Call 629-6809.

Three Little Bakers Theatre
The Seaford Department of Parks and Recreation trip to the Three Little Bakers Dinner Theatre in Wilmington on Sunday, May 16, cost $57.95. Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis — there are only 42 tickets available. The cost includes bus fee as well as a dinner and show. Seats will be close to the stage.
