Guys Night at Library
In response to requests for a male version of the American Girl Club, the Greenwood Public Library now offers “Guys Night” and will begin the tradition with a Lego Mania Program. On Friday, March 21, at 6:30 p.m., boys grade three and up are invited to bring their own Legos and show off their building skills. All creations will be displayed in our cases for the month. Relay for Life concert
Relay for Life Faith Walkers will hold a Gospel Concert, Auction, Craft Tables and Bake Sale on March 22. Food will be available from 5 to 7 p.m. provided by Elegant Touch Catering. Guest singers: “Reunion,” “Gospel Gents,” “Ole Time Gospel Singers,” and “Reflections,” will perform at the Woodbridge High School, Bridgeville. Performances 5 through 10 p.m.

Ruritan Club Shoot
The Ellendale Ruritan Club will host a Ham/Turkey Shoot on Saturday, March 22, at 11:30 p.m., at Ellendale V.F.W., Sussex 607 (1/2 mile south of US 113 and Del. 16). Refreshments will be available for sale.

Scrap-booking Class
The Bridgeville Public Library has scheduled a Scrap-booking Class on Thursday, March 20, at 7 p.m. Candy Carey will be demonstrating the basic steps of preserving your memories. The class will be held in St. Mary’s Parish Hall, located behind the Bridgeville Library.

Bridgeville computers
The Bridgeville Public Library is celebrating the arrival of public access computing. With a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the library has purchased four new Gateway computers and a new laser printer. Join the library for an Open House on Friday, March 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Refreshments will be served, and staff members will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate how to use the computers. The new computers add to the library’s growing infrastructure, which includes a computerized catalog and a full-time connection to Delaware’s digital library @

Woodbridge PTO
The Woodbridge Elementary PTO is inviting the parents of the school’s students to join them. The PTO is planning its Spring Festival for May 3. Call Pam Miller at 349-1418 for details.

Spring Dinner/Dance
Bridgeville Senior Center will hold its second annual Spring Dinner/Dance, on Saturday, April 26 from 6-9 p.m. Call the center for tickets. Cost is $5 per person for a night of entertainment and great food. The Dance will be held at the Union United Methodist Church on Laws Street in Bridgeville (across from Baltimore Trust). Buffet style dinner and music provided by Stardust Entertainment. Join the center for a fun-filled evening. For tickets call 337-8771.
