Greenwood Festival
The Greenwood Mennonite School will be holding its 17th Annual Greenwood Spring Festival on Saturday, June 7, on the school grounds. The day begins with an old-fashioned, all-you-can-eat breakfast, 7:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. At 9 a.m. the outdoor booths open featuring hundreds of items including fresh-made foods, donuts, crab cakes, handcrafted items, antiques, books, new and used kids items, plants; plus a petting zoo, rides, and a quilting demonstration. Antique tractors will also be featured this year, along with the popular Spring Festival Auction. All proceeds from the Greenwood Spring Festival benefit the 75-year-old Greenwood Mennonite School, the longest-running Mennonite elementary school in the Untied States. GMS offers quality Christian education for grades k-12, with the current enrollment just under 300 students. The school is located on Mennonite School Road, between Routes 16 and 36, east of Greenwood.

  Spring plant sale
Woodbridge High School Greenhouse, Gardens at the Bridge, will hold a Spring Plant Sale from now through May 30, during school hours until 4 p.m. and the first weekend in May, 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
