Children may register for the Summer Reading Program beginning June 17. Registration will continue throughout the summer. For more information, call the library at 875-3184. Registration for the Laurel Public Library Teen Summer Reading Program begins as soon as the 2003-2004 school year ends. Students who are entering seventh grade and up can read books and compete to win one of nine grand prizes — a limousine ride to Barnes and Noble in Salisbury to spend a $25 gift certificate.
