SEAFORD COUNTRY STORE GRAND OPENING — A ribbon cutting marking the grand opening of the Seaford Country Store and Antique, Crafts and Collectibles Mall in the Nylon Capital Shopping Center was held Saturday. The former Peebles building has been transformed into an antiques and collectibles mall by Rick and Debbie Slatcher. In the photo are many of the more than 130 dealers and invited dignitaries, including state Rep. Tina Fallon, Seaford Vice Mayor Ed Butler, Councilwoman Grace Peterson and Seaford city manager Dolores Slatcher.
