Greenwood CHEER weekly schedule
The CHEER center on US 13, Greenwood, will sponsor the following activities:

Thursday, Sept. 9 - Program on prepaid Legal Aid at 10:30 a.m. Grocery shopping after lunch in Harrington.

Friday, Sept. 10 - Trap Pond Fall Festival, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Center will be closed but bus will transport to Trap Pond. Tickets are $3 for over 60, and $5 for under 60.

Monday, Sept. 13 - Bible study with Alan Everline at 10:30 a.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 14 - Shopping trip to Ames and bread store in Seaford, leaving at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 15 - Trip to Georgetown Center, leaving at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 16 - Open House at 10 a.m. with Milford, Bridgeville and Oak Orchard centers visiting. Entertainment by “Side by Side.”
Church plans fall events
The Bridgeville Church of God has planned the following events:
Saturday, Sept. 11, 7 p.m., Young adults are invited to attend Cafe 404, a Christian coffeehouse ministry. Tonight’s entertainment is free.
Saturday, Sept. 18, Church of God Family Day at King’s Dominion - Apples of Gold and Brother’s Keeper are among the free entertainment.
Tickets are available for $19. Tickets for a concert by Carman can be purchased for an additional $9.50. To purchase tickets, call 337-3044.
