17th Annual NHS Golf Tournament
The 17th annual Nanticoke Health Services Golf Tournament will be held Friday, Sept. 12, at the Seaford Golf & Country Club. Tee off time is noon. Proceeds from the tournament help fund the NHS Prescription Drug Fund. The goal this year is to raise $30,000 to go into the fund, which helps patients that are unable to pay for their own medical expenses. Seaford Basket Bingo
On Thursday, Sept. 18, LifeCare at Lofland Parkís Memory Walk team will be holding a Basket Bingo at the Seaford Moose to benefit the Alzheimers Association. First number to be called at 7 p.m. (doors will open at 6 p.m.). Nearly 30 chances to win Longaberger baskets, which includes the x-large oval waste basket. Cost is $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Advance ticket sales include a door prize ticket. Must be 18. Donít miss this opportunity to have a great time and donate to a wonderful cause.
