Seaford High School Class of 1977 is looking for classmates for the 25th Class Reunion. Cub Scout recruiting
Boys in grades one through five are invited to join Cub Scout Pack #249, chartered by St. John’s United Methodist Church. An informational meeting called “School Night” will be held at Central Elementary auditorium on Thursday, Sept. 19, at 7 p.m. Representatives from other cub scout packs in Seaford will also be available to answer questions. For more information contact Mike Tull at 628-0444, or attend a pack meeting held at St. John’s the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Ducks Unlimited party
The Nanticoke Chapter of Ducks Unlimited will hold our annual Sponsor’s Cocktail party at 6 p.m. at the Seaford Fire Hall on Saturday, Sept. 28. The event’s aim is to raise monies for the preservation of waterfowl habitat both locally and throughout North America. Special live and silent auctions will be offered as well as an exclusive raffle, hors d’oeuvres and top-shelf beverages. Cocktail music provided by the Kim Miller Band.
