CHAIN REACTION. Members of the Blades Volunteer Fire Company work to clean up debris following a five-vehicle accident (including two tractor-trailers) on Tuesday at 12:16 p.m. near the intersection of Rt. 20 and U.S. 13. Delaware State Police said that the operator of one of the tractor- trailers hit another stopped tractor -trailer at a redlight causing a chain-reaction accident. Police said that none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening. See page 19.
