The back section of the Nylon Capital Shopping Center in Seaford. All but one unit in the back section are vacant and have been condemned by the city. The one unit that is occupied is home to the Tabernacle of Praise International Ministries. The city is requiring that the condemned units be brought up to the standards of the 2003 International Property Maintenance Code. Until a unit is repaired to meet the code, it cannot be leased.
