Super Basket Bingo
Super basket bingo, sponsored by Delmar VFW, 200 W. State St., Delmar, Md., Saturday, Oct. 22, to benefit Hurricane Relief Fund. Blast Out Cancer

Quilt Chances on Sale
The Broad Street Broads, a local group of quilters is selling chances for a quilt "The Four Seasons." It is a 30x30 hand appliqued, hand quilted wall hanging. Proceeds from the sale go to benefit the Laurel Library. Chances are being sold by members or at the library.

AARP Driving Course
AARP driver safety course for people 50 and over,from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday and Friday, Oct. 20 and 21, at Methodist Manor House, 1001 Middleford Road, Seaford. The two-day program, sponsored by the American Association for Retired Persons, stresses how older drivers may operate vehicles safely. Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certificate entitling them to a reduction in their auto insurance. Union Methodist Diner
Union United Methodist Church, 2 N. Laws St., Bridgeville, in its fellowship hall (across from the bank) will have its monthly 'Union Station Diner' on Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. The menu is oven-baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli/cheese sauce, three bean salad, rolls and butter, assorted desserts. Mt.
