Basket Bingo For Sussex Storm
Longaberger basket bingo, Thursday, Nov. 17, Seaford VFW, Middleford Road, 7 to 10 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance; $25 at the door. Proceeds will benefit the Sussex Storm softball team and refreshment sales proceeds will benefit the Veterans' Relief Fund. Call 875-7881 for ticket information.

Little League at Grotto's
Grotto's, U.S. 13, Seaford, will sponsor a Nanticoke Little League night on Monday, Dec. 5, from 5 to 9 p.m. Ten percent of the proceeds will go to Nanticoke Little League.

Blades Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary will be selling oyster, crab cake, chicken salad sandwiches, on Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Blades Fire Hall, corner of 5th and Cannon streets; eat-in or take-out, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Platters also available.

Oyster Sandwich Fry
Hope Lodge 4 of Laurel oyster sandwich fry at their Lodge Hall on Saturday, Nov. 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be other food items as well. The lodge is located on West 6th Street just off Central Avenue.

Dinner in Woodland

Sunday Breakfast Buffet

NHS Auxiliary Sale
Nanticoke Hospital Auxiliary gift shop early Black Friday sale on Friday, Nov. 18. The Look-In Glass Shoppe will have special hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with mystery discounts on all Christmas items. The revenue from sales is returned to the hospital in the auxiliary's annual gift to the hospital.

10th Annual Adoption Fair
10th annual Adoption Fair, Saturday, Nov. 19, from noon to 4 p.m., at Milford Public Library, 11 SE Front St., Milford. Adoptive families and representatives from local adoption agencies will meet to celebrate adoption and share information with persons interested in adoption. Games and activities will take place.
