Annual Fall Hymn Sing
The Galestown U.M.C. Church annual Fall Hymn Sing will take place Sunday, Dec. 4, at 2 p.m. Special music will be provided by The King's Ambassadors. A buffet style hot dinner will be served immediately following the service at the Galestown Community Center. The Rev. Dan Walker is the minister.

Christmas singing celebration
On Friday, Dec. 2, at 7:30 p.m., the Seaford Church of the Nazarene will be hosting a singing celebration of Christmas. There will be local talent singing, refreshments, and the evening will feature the Wilson's, a southern gospel group from Virginia. The church is located at 520 S. Dual Highway in Seaford. 'Holy Spirit and You' seminar
Christ Evangelistic Church, 9802 Camp Road in Laurel will be the site for the Rita Bennett Seminar on Dec. 3 from 8 a.m. through 5:45 p.m. It is a condensed teaching on Dennis' and Rita's very popular book, "The Holy Spirit and You." You must pre-register by calling 629-2248. This message is for men and women and one syllabus per couple may be purchased. This event is sponsored by the Ninety and Nine, a women's ministry affiliated with Epworth Fellowship Church.

Heaven-Bound dedication
Heaven-Bound Ministries will have a dedication service on Friday, Dec. 2, at 7 p.m. The church is located at 214 N. Front St. in Seaford. Pat A. Jones is the pastor and Bishop Samuel W. Palmer Sr. is the overseer. Refreshments will be served.

'Sounds Like Christmas'
The Delmar Church of God of Prophecy will present "Sounds Like Christmas" on Dec. 16, 17 and 18 at 7:30 p.m. The production includes special effects and full costumes. Nichols Sisters in concert

'Canticle of Christmas'
The Chancel Choir of the Union United Methodist Church will present "Canticle of Christmas" on Sunday, Dec. 18, at 7 p.m. followed by a "Dessert Fellowship." Everyone is invited. The church is at 2 North Laws Street, Bridgeville.

The Lights of Home
The lights of home will be appearing at the Sunday, 11 a.m. service at Grace United Methodist Church in Georgetown on Dec. 4. Everyone is invited. For information call 856-6245.

Concert at Mt. Calvary
On Sunday, Dec. 4, the Daniels Family will be in concert at 3:30 p.m. at Mt. Calvary A.M.E. Church, Concord. There will be a free will offering. The concert is sponsored by the Steward Board. The pastor is the Rev. Idola J. Williams.

'One Bethlehem Night'
Epworth Fellowship Church on Sycamore Road in Laurel will be performing a Broadway-style musical drama from the Christmas season entitled "One Bethlehem Night." The drama will boast full staging, costuming, lighting and sound, actors, animals, music and choreography. There will be three performances Ñ Dec. 9 and 10 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 11 at 10 a.m. Doors open one hour early. Admission is free. The facilities are wheelchair friendly. Nursery will be provided. Alliance Church Cantata
The Atlanta Road Alliance Church choir, under the direction of Richard Trice, will present the cantata, "One Incredible Moment: Celebrating the Majesty of the Manger" on Friday, Dec. 16, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 18, at 7 p.m. Filled with the writing of Max Lucado and the music of Tom Fettke, the musical reveals how every character and moment of that divine night illuminate the miracle of Christ. Laurel Christmas musical
Laurel Wesleyan Church will be presenting a multigenerational Christmas musical "The Christmas S.O.C.C.E.R. The Ninety and Nine

'One Incredible Moment'
Messiah's Vineyard Church, on US 13 and Discountland Road, Laurel, will present "One Incredible Moment," a cantata directed by pastor Barry Dukes and Ruth Lewis. It will be performed on Saturday, Dec. 10, and Sunday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m. The cantata includes a 40-member choir, a drama team, elaborate costumes and sets of the town of Bethlehem. The Joy of Christmas
The Delmar Church of God of Prophecy will present the musical drama production "Sounds Like Christmas." Directed and produced by three-time national Crystal Communicator Award winner Wendy Craig, the production will be performed Dec. 16, 17 and 18 at 7:30 p.m. with free admission. This is no ordinary "church skit." With full set design, lighting, make up, costumes, singing and choreography it has already proved to be a delightful hit to young and old alike. With a contemporary approach to the Christmas message, this group reminds us to "experience the joy of Christmas." The host pastor of the church is Bishop Michael Phillips.
