Faith Alive at St. Luke's
St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Front Street, Seaford, will host its first Faith Alive Weekend, Friday, April 28 through Sunday, April 30. The weekend will begin with a Friday evening parish supper, followed by activities for youth, and fellowship for adults. Saturday will begin with morning neighborhood groups all over Seaford, followed by visitations of shut-ins, and a bag-lunch and discussion groups for adults. Teens and kids will have a busy Saturday, led by the Faith Alive Team at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, (lunch will be provided). Saturday evening will wind down with sharing, fellowship, and supper. The Faith Alive Program will conclude with Holy Eucharist on Sunday, with church school participation. Lunch in the Parish Hall will follow. The purpose of Faith Alive is to enhance Christian spiritual life and reaffirm baptismal vows. This weekend is being facilitated by our friends from John Wesley United Methodist Church and Mount Olivet United Methodist Church. For information, call 629-7979, or 629-4610.

Mountaire Gospel Talent Search
The ninth annual Mountaire Gospel Talent Search will take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 11-13, at Bayshore Community Church in Gumboro. Last year more than 120 churches sent singers, musicians and songwriters to perform for $30,000 in prize money in adult, youth and children divisions. This year, Mountaire will again offer $30,000 in prizes for the winners. Added this year is a $500 cash award to the church that brings the most fans, in addition to their performers. Spring hymn sing in Galestown
The annual spring hymn sing will take place at Galestown United Methodist Church on Sunday, April 23, at 2 p.m. The featured performers include The Sounds of Joy, Capt. Stanley A. River of Life Video series
A video series on love, sex, marriage and romance which consists of six 60-minute sessions addressing the art of attraction, dating, courtship, intimacy, conflict, romance and commitment is being presented by Tommy Nelson, pastor of Denton Bible Church, Denton, Texas. He has been featured on Focus On The Family radio broadcast. Sessions will be held Saturdays, May 27 through July 1, at 11 a.m., at River of Life Christian Center, 17 West Market St., Greenwood. All Walks of Life schedule
The following are upcoming evens at All Walks of Life Ministries.
On Sunday, April 23, at 4 p.m. there will be a youth service with Bernard Holland of New Hope Ministry of new Hope Ministry of Concord.
On Sunday, April 30, at 3:30 p.m., there will be a service with Pastor Frank Henson of Church of Saints of Christ of Seaford, and the Sussex Community Mass Choir will be the guest choir.

Wesley UMC hosts Wacaster Family

Union UMC Station Diner April 26
Union United Methodist Church, 2 N. Laws St., Bridgeville, will be having its monthly Union State Diner on Wednesday, April 26, from 5 to 7 p.m.; $7 for adults and $3.50 for kids 12 and under. National Day of Prayer services in Bridgeville will be Thursday, May 4, at 7 p.m., in the Bridgeville Historical Society Park, at the intersection of Delaware Avenue and Williams Street.

River of Life Anniversary
River of Life Christian Center will celebrate its sixth-year anniversary from May 3-7 at 7:30 p.m. nightly at River of Life Christian Center, 17 West Market St., Greenwood. Special guest speakers include: Wednesday, May 3, Bishop Harold R. Daniels of Lifeway Church of God, Bridgeville; Thursday, May 4, the Rev. Diane Lofland, pastor of New Covenant Faith & Deliverance House and founder of New Coverdale Outreach Mission; Friday, May 5, Pastor Harold R. Williams, Gethesemane Christian Center, Quincy, Ill.
