Lightning Strikes concert series The Lightning Strikes concert series, at The Lighthouse Church located at 27225 Kaye Rd., just off Rt. 9, County Seat Highway at Dukes Lumber Road, Laurel, is held every second and fourth Saturday of the month. Cannon Homecoming Service The Cannon United Methodist Church will hold a homecoming service on Sunday, January 13th at 2 p.m. Special music will be provided by Thom & Debbie Slaugher, a 9/11 survivor with an inspirational story and message.
