Easter at New Rock Church
New Rock Church, 30320 Seaford Rd., Laurel, will hold a Free Movie Night featuring The Witness 2015, at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 26. Free popcorn and soda. Enjoy this musical which takes the Lord from triumphant entry to resurrection.
Join us for Easter Sunday services, Sunday, March 27, with a pre-service prayer at 10 a.m. followed by the service at 10:30. All are welcome and will receive a free gift. Come celebrate His resurrection with us.

Easter Celebration
Encounter Praize & Worship Center in Seaford will hold an Easter Celebration on Saturday, March 26 from noon to 2 p.m. Enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt and bounce houses. Tablets will be given as prizes to each age group.
Enjoy drama presentations at the 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Easter Sunday service.

Annual Egg Hunt

Holy Week at St. Paul's
St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Georgetown, will hold the following Holy Week services:
Maundy Thursday, March 24 - Liturgy of the Lord's Supper at 6:30 p.m. beginning with a soup and bread meal followed by Gethsemane Remembrance in the church at 7:30 p.m.
Good Friday, March 25 - Service of the Lord's Passion at noon followed by a Stations of the Cross walk through the Circle in Georgetown at 1 p.m.
Saturday, March 26 - Easter Vigil service at 7 p.m.
Easter Sunday, March 27 - Services at 8 and 10:30 a.m.

Sunrise Service
Sunrise Service at Trap Pond State Park on Easter Sunday, March 27 at 6:30 a.m. Admission is free and all are welcome. The service will be provided by Abundant Life Christian Church, Pastor Shawn Willey.

Vision of Faith Benefit Concert
Vision of Faith Choir will hold a Benefit Concert at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 16 at Church of God and Saints of Christ, 10016 Concord Rd., Seaford, to raise money for The Singers of Israel scholarship which is awarded to youth who have been active in their local choir and wish to further their education.
Enjoy award winning performers. Door prizes will be awarded. Admission is a donation of $5. Everyone is welcome.

Capital Ringers to perform
Capital Ringers, Inc., a nonprofit English handbell ensemble, will present a concert, "Bach to Rock!," at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 24 in the main sanctuary of St. John's.
The concert will include arrangements from the Baroque period to today with favorites like Clair de Lune, Don't Stop Believin', Stairway to Heaven, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Rock Around the Clock, and more. A special guest will join the performers in this unique multimedia presentation.
A free will offering will be taken during the concert.

Birthday Celebration Service
A Birthday Celebration Service for Bishop Carlton Cannon Sr. will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 24, at Clarence Street Church of God, 744 Clarence St., Seaford.
Guest preacher will be Pastor Craig N. Mathies Sr. of Zion Baptist Church, Cambridge Md.

Lent and Holy Week
As we approach the end of the season of Lent leading up to Easter at Seaford Presbyterian Church, we are grateful for the support and prayers in the recent vandalism to our building. The children who were the perpetrators are also victims in need of our support and prayers.
The suffering of the Christ means redemption for all of us. We will celebrate this on Maundy Thursday Communion, March 24 at 7 p.m.; and on Easter Sunday at 10 a.m. on March 27. All are welcome.

Em-ings BBQ on April 2

Easter services at Concord UMC
Concord United Methodist Church, 25322 Church Rd., Seaford, invites you to attend their Easter services.
A Holy Thursday service will be held at 7 p.m. on March 24 and communion will be offered. Easter Sunday, March 27, will feature a Sunrise Service at 6:30 a.m., followed by breakfast in the Community House. The regular worship service will begin at 9 a.m., followed by church school.

Sister to Sister Gathering to be held at St. John's United Methodist Church
The Sister to Sister Gathering will be held on Saturday, April 16 at St. John;s United Methodist Church at 300 N. Pine Street in Seaford.
Check-in will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m., the program will take place from 10:30-11:30 a.m., and a catered luncheon will be served from noon-1:30 p.m.
The speaker will by Speaker Rev. Kari Jones, co-pastor of Connection Community Church in Middletown. The theme is The Imperfect Women in Jesus' Family Tree Who Inspire Us to Do God's Perfect Work. The registration fee is $8 with registration ending April 4. For more information, call 302-629-9466.

Passover Meal and Service
Union United Methodist Church, 2 N. Laws St., Bridgeville, will hold a traditional Passover Meal and Service at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, in the Fellowship Hall.
Everyone is welcome and there is no charge to attend, however, donations are welcomed to help cover the purchase of foods and items needed.
Reservations are required for planning and purchasing and can be done by calling the church office, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 302-337-7409.
