Annual Biker's Day On Saturday, June 18, Mount Hope UMC, 5521 Finchville Reliance Rd., Federalsburg, Md., will hold its 3rd annual Biker's Day from noon to 5 p.m. Trophies will be awarded at 3 p.m. for best sports, best touring and best show bike. A biker's service will follow. Pastor Rev. Curtis Davis of Phillips Baptist Church, Philadelphia, will preach.

Gospel Cafe Join us at the Gospel Cafe for a great night of food, fun, fellowship and entertainment on Saturday, June 4 from 6-9 p.m. at Christ Evangelistic Church, Camp Road, Laurel. Ladies Day at St. Paul's St. Paul's UMC Church, 32827 Old Stage Rd., Laurel, will host Ladies Day on Saturday, June 11. Guest speaker is Joyce Igo, a Southern Gospel artist and songwriter from West Virginia. Her ministry is non-denominational and crosses cultural and racial barriers with ease. "Women today are stressed, trying to juggle family, marriage and careers, and still have time for a quality relationship with Christ," said Joyce, a well known speaker for women's conferences. A continental breakfast will be served from 9 to 10 a.m. Program is 10 to noon. Reservations are encouraged but not required. Bring a friend and get a blessing. Summer Splash Celebration Rehoboth Temple of Praise, 31824 Gordy Rd., Laurel, will hold a Summer Splash Celebration on Saturday, June 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be family fun, food, free clothing, drug & health awareness, holistic ministry, music, games and activities. Summer services at Old Christ Church The Board of Directors and the membership of Old Christ Church League announce the resumption of regular summer services at Old Christ Church, Laurel. Services are held on the first Sunday of each month at 10 a.m., June through September: June 5, July 3, Aug. 7, and Sept. 4. The Order of Worship is taken from an 18th century prayer book in use around the time Old Christ Church was built, 1771-1772. Step back in time when you cross the threshold into Old Christ Church; the church is not electrified and it may take a moment for your eyes to adjust to the shadows. Through the open windows you will see the trees, the church yard, and Chipmans Pond, much as they were in 1771. A voluntary offering will be taken for the preservation and restoration of Old Christ Church. All are welcome. For more information, call 875-3466.

Outdoor Gospel Sing Enjoy an Outdoor Gospel Sing, Sunday June 12, 2 p.m., at Wheatley Methodist Church located on Rt. 313 & Wheatley Church Road near Galestown. Bring your family, friends and lawn chair to the church grove to enjoy a Sunday afternoon listening to great gospel music provided by local talent. Enjoy the talents God provided these folks and visit with friends in this beautiful setting. Brown bag snacks and lawn chairs are welcomed. Soda and bottled water, and some chairs will be available.

All You Can Eat Fish Fry is June 18 at Centenary U.M. Church There will be an All You Can Eat Fish Saturday, June 18 from 4 p.m.-6:30 p.m. at Centenary U.M. Church, located at 200 W. Market St. in Laurel. The cost is $12 for adults and $5 for kids 6-12. The event is sponsored by the Friendly Sunshine Class. Carryouts are available.

Christ Lutheran Church to present Music Ministry June 18 The Music Ministry "Kindred Spirit" featuring Steve and Ali Quillen will take place on June 18 at 6 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, located at 315 N. Shipley St. in Seaford.

Griefshare at St. John's Griefshare will be offered on Sunday, June 5 from 4 to 5:30 p.m., at St. John's United Methodist Church, 300 N. Pine St., Seaford, in the Wesley Lounge. No one grieves perfectly and grief teaches us about our relationships after our loved one is gone. If you are living in grief we invite you to join us for the 13 week nondenominational journey, From Mourning to Joy. No children as childcare is not offered.

Open Mic Christian Night Open Mic Christian Night, Super Fun Praise Night, will be held on Friday, June 3 from 7-9 p.m., at Compassionate Shepherd Ministries, 10771 Sussex Hwy. Revival to take place June 11 in Town of Blades park A Revival will take place on June 11 at 1 p.m. n the Town of Blades public park (near the Blades Volunteer Fire Department). Father's Day Dinner Concert Church of God and Saints of Christ, 10016 Concord Rd., Seaford, will hold a Father's Day Dinner Concert featuring the Sussex Community Gospel Mass Choir at 4 p.m. on Father's Day, Sunday, June 19. The menu will feature BBQ ribs, fried and baked chicken, honey baked ham, green beans, seasoned greens, macaroni and cheese, cabbage, baked beans, fresh brewed iced tea, punch and assorted desserts.
