Yard Sale Bethel Worship Center, Rt. 13, Seaford, will hold its semi-annual Yard Sale on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Fall Festival King's United Methodist Church, Gordy Road, Laurel, will hold a Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Rain or shine. Enjoy homemade ice cream, homemade soup, oyster sandwiches, a bake sale and barrel train rides. Also enjoy gospel music with special guests, Kings Ambassadors.

Senior Banquet John Wesley United Methodist Church in Seaford will celebrate seniors who have made significant contributions to the Seaford charge during a Senior Banquet on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 4 to 7 p.m., at St. Luke's Parish Hall, 202 N. North St., Seaford. The banquet will celebrate William "Bill" Batson and Veronia Waller from Mount Hope UMC and Walter Pinder, Charlene Cannon, Pauline Walker Wilkins, and Olive "Pud" Alston from John Wesley UMC. Hymn Sing Union United Methodist Church will host a Hymn Sing and more to raise money for the scholarship fund on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. A host of talented musicians and singers will share their faith in song. Gospel Cafe welcomes Steve Conover Oct. 1 The Gospel Cafe welcomes Steve Conover, Gospel Ranger Music, on Saturday, Oct. 1 at the Christ Evangelistic Church, located at 9802 Camp Road in Laurel. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. by "My Turn to Cook" Catering. The cost is $10, which includes entree, dessert and drink. Outdoor Gospel Music Festival The Laurel St. Paul's UMC located at 32827 Old Stage Road in Laurel will have its Ninth Annual Outdoor Gospel Music Festival on Saturday, Sept. 24 starting at 4 p.m. Enjoy featured groups The Watson's, Reunion, The Baptist Boys and Charles Paparella and the Olivet String Band.
